Rate Schedule

Summer:
Price is for the lease of the slip between May 1st and October 15th and includes power, water, showers, washrooms, parking, Resident Boater's Lounge and all common facilities.

Annual:
The discounted annual rate, beginning May 1st is applied to total marina services of summer slip lease, haulage, blockage, storage and spring launching. Amenities include power, water, showers, washrooms, parking, Resident Boater's Lounge and all common facilities.

Power to all slips is a single 30 amp service except Lagoon and Fountain where 15 amp is available. Second outlets will be provided at an additional cost of $100.00 per season.

Haulage, Blocking, Storage and Launching
East & Riverside covered Slips $25.00 / ft

Dryland over 30 ft $20.00 / ft

Boat length (LOA - length over all) must include swim platform and bow pulpit or sprit.

Payment Plans:
For the quoted summer and annual rates and confirmation of slip reservation for the coming season full payment must be received as either:

  1. a non-refundable deposit of 20% of the summer rate to be received by October 15th. The balance of payment to be received in full prior to May 1st or,
  2. eight equal amount postdated cheques commencing October 15th May 15th. Residents selecting Plan (2) may deduct 5% from the selected slip location rates.

VISITORS / TRANSIENT BOATERS:
Basic single overnight dockage charge is $1.20 per foot LOA or $1.40 per foot for mooring on the main service dock. Amenities include power, water, showers and washrooms. A coin operated Laundromat is available along witht general store merchandise. Designated B-B-Q Facilities and picnic tables are available. Use of the Marina Boater's Lounge is by invitation.
